For first-time clients a full in-person assessment will need to be booked to understand your concerns, assess movement and create a personalized treatment plan. Please call us at (250) 929-0200 to book this service.
30-Min Follow up – $90
For existing clients continuing care. Focused follow up sessions to support progress, provide treatment and adjust your plan as needed.
Home Visit – $175
For clients who require care at home. Personilzed physiotherapy delivered in your space. Ideal for convience, recovery or limited mobility. Please call us to book this service.

MSP fees are on a sliding scale. We accept MSP coverage. If you are covered by MSP, please contact our clinic directly to book this type of appointment.

Vestibular Physiotherapy Services - All are available to be booked online or give us a call.
60-Min Initial Assessment – $140
For first-time clients a comprehensive in-person vestibular assessment is required. This session focuses on understanding your symptoms (such as dizziness, vertigo, or balance issues), assessing your vestibular system, and developing a personalized treatment plan.
45-Min Follow Up – $115
For existing clients continuing care. These sessions allow for more in-depth treatment, including guided vestibular exercises, symptom management strategies, and progression of your program based on your response to treatment.
30-Min Follow Up – $90
For existing clients who require shorter follow-up sessions. Focused treatments to monitor progress, perform targeted vestibular exercises, and make adjustments to your plan as needed.
Direct billing is available for most extended health plans.

90-Min Initial Assessment – $185
For first-time clients this comprehensive session includes a detailed assessment and some treatment time. Your therapist will review your history, discuss your goals, and tailor the session to your needs.
60-Min Follow Up – $125
A standard treatment length suitable for addressing specific areas of tension, supporting recovery, or general maintenance.
45-Min Follow Up– $100
A shorter, focused session ideal for targeting one or two areas of concern.
90-Min Follow Up – $175
An extended session that allows for full-body treatment or more in-depth work across multiple areas.
GST will be added to all massage therapy services.

60-Min Private Session – $95
A full-length, one-on-one session tailored to your individual goals. Ideal for building strength, improving mobility, and receiving personalized guidance throughout your workout.
45-Min Private Session – $75
A shorter private session that still provides focused, individualized instruction. Great for targeting specific areas or addressing one main concern.
Semi-Private Sessions
60-Min (2 people) – $50 per person
Train with a partner while still receiving individualized cues and guidance. A great balance of personal attention and shared experience.
60-Min (3 people) – $35 per person
A small group setting that offers a supportive and engaging environment, while still allowing for instruction tailored to each participant.
